BetaConductor is a lifecycle management platform designed to help teams manage waitlists, coordinate beta testing programs, collect feedback, and incentivize community engagement around product launches.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, to spam or abuse the platform, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

BetaConductor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Payment & Payout Terms

Workspace owners fund tasks and platform subscriptions. Tester rewards are paid from funded workspace balances according to task outcomes, platform payout thresholds, and compliance checks. The platform may apply processing and payout fees where configured.

Payout requests can be delayed, adjusted, or rejected if fraud, policy violations, insufficient funded balance, or unresolved disputes are detected. By requesting payout, users agree to provide accurate payout destination details and cooperate with verification requests.
