Data we process
Betaconductor processes account information, country and currency preferences, task activity, submitted evidence, payout instructions, security events, device information, and network identifiers such as IP address. We use this data to authenticate users, enforce eligibility, review work, prevent abuse, make payouts, and maintain audit records.
Storage and protection
Account and marketplace records are stored in Neon. Proof files are stored as access-controlled Cloudinary assets. Bank details are encrypted before database storage. Access to administrative and payout operations requires administrator status and two-factor authentication.
Sharing
We share only the data necessary with infrastructure, storage, exchange-rate, and payment providers that help operate the service, or when required for security, legal compliance, or protection of users. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
We retain financial and audit records as required for security and compliance. Proofs and inactive account data should follow the operator’s published retention schedule. Before launch, the operator must add the legal entity, retention periods, user-rights process, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
Security limits
No online system is completely risk-free. Use a unique password, enable two-factor authentication, and never place unnecessary sensitive information in task evidence.
